Zhejiang Provincial Library has acquired five Fono book sterilization machines.

The photo shows readers studying in a library reading room in Zhejiang Province. Once they locate the book they wish to read, they place it into the Funo self-service book sterilizer for disinfection.
The device stands 1.42 meters tall, weighs 115 kilograms, and is constructed from double-layer, environmentally friendly aluminum profiles. This book sterilizer employs ultraviolet disinfection technology to remove dust from each page, sanitizing six books at a time in just 30 seconds—without generating any noise.
