With the vigorous development of the economy and culture, people’s demand for spiritual and cultural enrichment continues to grow. As one of the cornerstones of spiritual and cultural life, reading is no longer just a need for adults; it has increasingly become an essential part of young people’s lives as well, making the notion of “nationwide reading” entirely justified.

These devices allow borrowers to operate them independently before use, employing ultraviolet disinfection technology: a single button press initiates a 30-second sterilization cycle, making the process quick and convenient. Each unit is equipped with clear operating instructions, facilitating first-time users. According to our random surveys conducted at the library, most borrowers can master the device within one minute. Furthermore, the unit features a cartoon‑style design—Fono Technology has specifically tailored it for children, earning widespread approval among young readers.
